Hotel Transfer and Yacht Boarding in Antalya
Treat hotel collection, the marina meeting point and boarding as one written sequence, because a yacht programme starts only when every handover is clear.
- The short answerConfirm the hotel scope, exact marina meeting point, boarding time and operating contact together in writing before the group begins its transfer.
Begin with the actual MY FREEDOM programme rather than a general promise about Antalya transfers. The yacht has two fixed private departures from Kundu: 09:30–15:00 and 15:00–20:30. A booking is for one private group of 1–12 guests, and every child is included in that total. These times define the operating programme; a collection arrangement does not move the departure, extend the trip or create a third timetable. Send the booking date, chosen programme, complete guest count and hotel name together so the reply can connect the correct transfer with the correct boarding record.
Round-trip hotel transfer within Kundu is included with the two published MY FREEDOM programmes. Collection or return outside Kundu is not part of that inclusion and must be quoted separately before it becomes a booking service. Write the hotel area as well as the property name, because similar names and multiple entrances can create avoidable confusion. The confirmation should identify where the group will be met, which contact channel will be used and where the return will end. Do not treat an informal chat, a map pin from an unrelated page or a photograph of another marina as confirmation.
The exact marina meeting point and boarding time must appear in the final written confirmation. Kundu is the published departure area, but that description alone is not a substitute for the operator's current instructions for the booked date. Follow the named contact and the precise meeting detail supplied for the reservation. There is no universal early-arrival interval in this guide, because access and operating arrangements can change. Be ready at the confirmed time, keep the booking contact available and report any delay through the agreed channel instead of choosing another quay or following an unverified location online.
Prepare the group before the handover. Count every adult and child who will board, keep one reachable telephone with the coordinating guest and tell the operator in advance about luggage, a pushchair, mobility equipment or another item that affects boarding. Inclusion of hotel transfer does not by itself confirm storage, assistance, a particular access method or carriage of oversized equipment. Ask the reply to state what has been accepted for the named yacht and date. Guests should keep passports, medicines, valuables and essential personal items under their own control rather than assuming that the transfer or marina provides custody.
At the waterfront, remain in the meeting area indicated by the operator and follow crew or marina directions. The Ports Regulation keeps people who are not involved in manoeuvring away from berthing and manoeuvre areas, so a convenient-looking edge of the quay is not automatically a waiting place. Let the crew control the order of boarding and the handling of the gangway or other access arrangement. Children should stay with their responsible adult throughout the handover. A private booking means unrelated guests are not added to the yacht; it does not make the marina, working quay or surrounding water an exclusive area.
Keep transfer and marine operations as two connected but distinct parts of the booking. Weather, port instructions or another operating issue may affect the yacht programme, while hotel collection has its own confirmed meeting detail. Ask how an update will be sent and what the group should do if the operator changes the boarding instruction. Do not assume that a change automatically creates a different pickup, another departure point or an alternative route. The captain retains responsibility for the safe operation and may adjust the proposed route or stops according to current conditions; a transfer confirmation cannot guarantee a bay, sea state or uninterrupted timetable.
Requests outside the fixed format need a separate process. A different duration or route, specialist equipment, a departure on the western coast, an overnight plan or a group above 12 requires a selected partner vessel named in a separate written quotation. That proposal must state its own departure and boarding arrangement, schedule, proposed route, total price and every included service. It must also describe any transfer on its own terms. A partner vessel is not another MY FREEDOM programme, and the Kundu hotel-transfer inclusion must not be copied into its offer unless that exact service is expressly confirmed.
Before payment, read one complete confirmation from beginning to end. It should name MY FREEDOM or the selected partner vessel, the hotel collection scope, exact meeting point, contact method, boarding time, programme, proposed route, total price, inclusions, exclusions and the terms for cancellation or operational change. Check the 09:30–15:00 or 15:00–20:30 selection and the 1–12 guest total one last time. If any handover detail remains unclear, have it added in writing. A reliable start is not based on assumptions about Antalya, Kundu or a marina; it is based on one current instruction shared by the guests, transfer contact and crew.

Common questions
How are the vessel and programme confirmed?
Before payment, the written quote names the vessel, departure marina, boarding and return times, and proposed route.
What is included in the price?
Nothing is assumed for a bespoke request or partner vessel. The written quote lists meals, drinks, fuel, harbour costs, transfers and any extra charges.
Can the route change?
Yes. The captain confirms a safe plan for the actual sea, weather and harbour instructions, and may change the route or stops when needed.
How is guest capacity confirmed?
Capacity is confirmed for the selected vessel in the written quote; larger groups may require a different vessel.
