Private yacht charter for cruise passengers in Antalya

A yacht day during an Antalya cruise call is possible only when the separate terminal, transfer, programme and ship-return timings fit in writing.

Start with the ship information, not with a photograph of a yacht. Send the port date, ship name, scheduled arrival, the cruise line's stated all-aboard time, the complete guest count and a contact number that will work ashore. QTerminals Antalya describes the Antalya Cruise Port within its multipurpose port complex. That does not make it the departure point for the yacht offered here. MY FREEDOM starts only from Kundu, so the cruise terminal and yacht boarding location must be treated as two separate places in the plan.

MY FREEDOM has two published private programmes from Kundu: 09:30–15:00 and 15:00–20:30. One booking covers one private group of 1–12 guests, with children included in that total. A cruise call does not shorten, move or redesign either fixed programme. Compare the ship's usable time ashore with the full transfer, meeting and boarding sequence before choosing. If neither window fits without squeezing the return, the correct answer may be that the fixed programme is unsuitable for that port day.

Use the cruise line's current itinerary and onboard instructions as the authority for ship time. Scheduled arrival is not the same as the moment every passenger can leave the terminal, and the published departure time is not necessarily the final time for returning aboard. Immigration, gangway queues, tendering where applicable or an operational change can reduce the hours ashore. The guest must choose a return buffer that reflects those uncertainties. Neither this page nor a road-time estimate can decide how much connection risk is acceptable for the group.

Transport needs its own written line. Round-trip hotel transfer within Kundu is included with the two published MY FREEDOM programmes, but a cruise terminal is not a Kundu hotel. Any collection from or return to the port area is outside that inclusion and must be priced separately. The confirmation should state the exact landside meeting point, contact method, pickup time and return destination. It must not be read as permission for a vehicle to enter a restricted port zone, a port-pass service or a promise of pickup beside the ship.

Plan personal belongings around the cruise line and terminal rules. A yacht booking does not include luggage handling, storage at the port, custody of travel documents or delivery of bags between the ship and yacht. Ask the cruise line what passengers may take ashore and keep passports, boarding documents, medication and valuables under the group's control. If anyone has mobility needs or carries equipment, describe this before quotation because the route from terminal exit to vehicle and from vehicle to yacht involves separate access questions that photographs cannot answer.

When the fixed Kundu timetable does not fit, do not turn an informal request into an invented MY FREEDOM programme. A different duration or route, specialist equipment, a western-coast departure, an overnight plan or a group above twelve requires a selected partner vessel named in a separate written quotation. That offer must identify its own departure point, boarding method, guest limit, schedule, transfer scope, price and services. A partner boat is not assumed to leave from the cruise terminal merely because its timing is more flexible.

Build a failure plan before paying. Ask what happens to the yacht booking if the ship arrives late, passengers are held aboard, the port call changes or the group's chosen return buffer disappears. Also read the charter's weather, cancellation and operating-change terms. The captain may alter the proposed route or stops for conditions at sea, while the cruise ship follows its own operation. No yacht operator can promise that the ship will wait, guarantee a particular road duration, guarantee return aboard or create an automatic refund that is absent from the written terms.

The final confirmation should name the yacht, Kundu or other actual departure point, landside meeting arrangement, boarding time, programme, proposed route, total price and every included service. It should show the separately quoted port-area transfer where accepted, plus payment, cancellation and weather-change terms. Compare that record with the latest ship instructions one last time before leaving the vessel. A sound cruise-call charter has two plans that genuinely fit together; it is never based on treating the cruise berth and yacht marina as the same address.

Common questions

How are the vessel and programme confirmed?

Before payment, the written quote names the vessel, departure marina, boarding and return times, and proposed route.

What is included in the price?

Nothing is assumed for a bespoke request or partner vessel. The written quote lists meals, drinks, fuel, harbour costs, transfers and any extra charges.

Can the route change?

Yes. The captain confirms a safe plan for the actual sea, weather and harbour instructions, and may change the route or stops when needed.

How is guest capacity confirmed?

Capacity is confirmed for the selected vessel in the written quote; larger groups may require a different vessel.
