How the day runs

A hen or stag trip is easier to organise when the whole group starts with the same facts. This page is for one private reservation, not a place on a shared party cruise. Tell us the number of guests, preferred date, hotel area and the atmosphere you have in mind. We then separate what is already included from what still needs an operational answer.

MY FREEDOM is offered only from Kundu on its published fixed daytime and sunset programmes for one private booking group of 1–12 guests. A hen or stag booking does not change its departure point, duration or operating plan; requests outside this fixed format require the separately quoted partner vessel described below.

A different route, a different duration, special equipment, a west-coast departure, an overnight plan or a group larger than twelve requires a selected partner vessel and a separate written quotation. The partner boat is not treated as interchangeable with MY FREEDOM. Capacity, boarding location, crew arrangements and inclusions are checked for the particular date before an offer is made.

Music, decorations, drinks, a photographer, drone work, a private route, a particular quality of light, an empty bay and a bathing platform are requests rather than guarantees. None should be assumed from photographs or from the occasion name. An item becomes part of the booking only when the written confirmation for the named vessel and operation lists it clearly.

Send practical requests early and describe the result you want instead of assuming equipment is aboard. A playlist does not confirm a sound system; a decoration idea does not confirm fixing points or setup time; bringing drinks does not establish storage, service or an alcohol policy. We check each request with the operator and return only what can be confirmed for that trip.

Round-trip hotel transfer within Kundu is included for the standard MY FREEDOM booking. Collection or return outside Kundu is priced separately and must appear in the quotation if requested. For partner-vessel departures, the boarding point and any transfer arrangement are stated specifically, because a marina on the western coast should never be presented as if it were the Kundu departure.

Before payment, the written scope must name the vessel, departure point, boarding arrangement, programme, route, total price and included services. It must also explain the applicable cancellation terms and how weather or sea conditions can affect the operation. Check the guest count and every paid or guest-supplied extra against that document; chat suggestions alone do not expand the booking.

The captain and crew retain operational and safety authority throughout the trip. Weather, traffic, harbour instructions or sea conditions may require a change, and no bay can be promised as empty. If drone filming is requested, the guest and operator must confirm any required permission with the relevant authority for the planned place and date before use; inclusion in a creative brief is not approval.

Best for a single private group of 1–12 on MY FREEDOM’s fixed Kundu programme. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately on a named partner vessel; optional services count only when written into the pre-payment confirmation.
