How the day runs

A birthday enquiry works best when the bookable programme is chosen before the extras. MY FREEDOM has two published private programmes from Kundu: 09:30–15:00 and 15:00–20:30. Each booking is for one private group of 1–12 guests. The morning option leaves the evening free, while the later option changes the light and meal timing. Neither label creates a special birthday package by itself; the selected programme and the written confirmation define what has actually been reserved.

Start with the date, total guest count and hotel area, then add the ages in the group and any fixed plan before or after the charter. If more than twelve guests are expected, or the group wants another departure point, a western-coast route, a longer duration, specialist equipment or an overnight stay, the request needs a selected, named partner vessel and a separate written quote. A partner proposal is not another MY FREEDOM programme and should identify its own vessel, capacity, marina and schedule.

Cake, decorations, flowers, music arrangements, photography and table styling are requests rather than standard inclusions. Describe the idea, colours, wording, delivery method and who will bring each item. Nothing is confirmed until the chosen vessel has been checked and the written offer names the accepted item or service. Photographs from another trip do not prove that the same setup, storage space, power connection, platform or shaded area will exist on the boat selected for your date.

Food planning also belongs in the enquiry. State allergies, dietary preferences, the number of children and anything the group intends to bring aboard. The two published MY FREEDOM programmes include the meal and stated non-alcoholic drinks in their programme scope, but a themed menu, birthday cake, serving equipment or a special presentation is not automatic. Alcohol is not sold or supplied; guests may ask about bringing their own, and the final written confirmation should record the accepted arrangement for the selected vessel.

Treat the route as a proposed operating plan, not a stage schedule. Sea conditions, weather, port instructions and the captain’s decision can change the order or location of stops. If a candle moment, call with relatives, photography window or restaurant reservation ashore depends on a particular time, say so before accepting the quote. The operator can then explain what can reasonably be planned without promising a fixed bay, sunset position, swim stop or mobile signal.

Round-trip hotel transfer within Kundu is included for the two published MY FREEDOM programmes. Collection outside Kundu is priced separately and only forms part of the booking when the written confirmation states the pickup area, meeting point and timing. For partner vessels, transfer and boarding arrangements belong to that vessel’s own quote. Do not assume that a picture of Kundu Marina, Kaleici, Kemer or Kas identifies the departure point for your reservation.

Before payment, ask for one document or message that names the vessel, departure marina or berth, boarding time, programme, proposed route, total price and every included service. It should also record any accepted cake, decoration or supplier arrangement, transfer scope, payment terms, cancellation terms and what happens when weather or operating conditions require a change. If a requested extra is absent from that written scope, treat it as unconfirmed even if it appeared in an earlier chat.

A clear plan keeps the birthday personal without turning the booking into a list of assumptions. Nominate one group contact, share the confirmed meeting details with every guest and arrive with only the items the selected vessel has agreed to receive. The useful question is not whether birthdays are “allowed” on a yacht; it is whether this group, this programme and these requested details have all been matched to the named vessel and confirmed together in writing.

MY FREEDOM birthday requests use one of two private 5.5-hour Kundu programmes for 1–12 guests. Other vessels, routes, durations and all celebration extras require explicit written confirmation.
