An anniversary can be celebrated quietly as a couple or with the people who have shared part of your story. Begin with the date, the number of guests and your preference between the published daytime and sunset programmes. Then describe the atmosphere you want in practical terms: relaxed conversation, time together, a small family gathering or simply a change from the hotel routine. This helps keep the occasion personal without inventing a bespoke itinerary. If one guest is organising everything, nominate that person for decisions so confirmations do not become fragmented across several chats.

MY FREEDOM departs only from Kundu on its published fixed daytime and sunset schedules. Each booking is for one private group of 1 to 12 guests, so unrelated passengers are not added. That privacy applies to the yacht booking, not to the coastline or the water around it. Other boats may be present, and no empty bay is promised. The selected programme follows its established operating format and the conditions of the day; describing it as an anniversary booking does not create a custom route, additional time or exclusive access to any stop.

The sunset programme is useful when its scheduled time window suits your plans, but its name is not a weather promise. Cloud, haze and seasonal light can change what is visible, and an exact sunset scene cannot be guaranteed. The same caution applies to a particular bay, coastal view, route or long stop. If a specific setting is central to the anniversary, raise it before receiving a quotation. We will distinguish a feasible request from a fixed inclusion and place any accepted detail in writing instead of leaving it as an expectation based on promotional imagery.

A cake, flowers, decorative details, a photographer, alcoholic drinks or another celebration extra should be requested individually. None is automatically guaranteed by the occasion title. We first need to check the actual date, supplier availability, timing, suitability on board and price. An extra is confirmed only when it is specifically named in the written approval and quotation. This also prevents a thoughtful gesture from becoming a last-minute misunderstanding. If you prefer a simple day without additions, say so; the value of the anniversary does not depend on turning the yacht into an event venue.

Round-trip hotel transfer within Kundu is included with the confirmed MY FREEDOM programme. Pickup and return outside Kundu carry a separate quoted price, so provide the exact accommodation or meeting address. If the yacht trip sits between breakfast, a dinner reservation or another anniversary activity, share those fixed times early. Plan transfers around the confirmed programme times; the fixed programme cannot be shortened or extended to absorb uncoordinated travel. One clear pickup plan is especially important when several family members are joining from different hotels or when only part of the group is staying in Kundu.

A different route or duration, special equipment, a departure on the west coast, an overnight stay or a group of more than 12 cannot be added to the standard MY FREEDOM booking. It requires a selected partner yacht and a separate written offer. The selected partner vessel may depart from another harbour and have a different programme, capacity, set of inclusions and price. We will identify those differences rather than implying that every yacht provides the same experience. A larger or more elaborate celebration should therefore be evaluated as its own charter, with the named vessel and its conditions visible before any commitment.

Before payment, obtain written confirmation that identifies the yacht, departure point, boarding arrangements, chosen programme, route, full price, included services, and cancellation and weather conditions. Verify the guest count, Kundu transfer address or outside-Kundu transfer price, plus every anniversary extra that has been accepted. A verbal note, a sample photograph or the words “anniversary package” are not a substitute for that scope. Once the document is complete, you can focus on the people and the memories while knowing exactly which practical elements form part of the reservation.

Send the anniversary date, guest count, Kundu pickup address, daytime/sunset preference and any truly essential extra. Before payment, request written confirmation of the yacht, departure, boarding, programme, route, price, inclusions, cancellation/weather terms and every approved option.
