Intimate Wedding Yacht Charter in Antalya

Plan a small private wedding-day celebration on a named yacht, while keeping official marriage procedures separate from the symbolic ceremony and confirming every supplier detail in writing.

How the day runs

Start by deciding what will happen legally and what will happen socially. Antalya Metropolitan Municipality publishes a separate application route for official marriage procedures; a yacht reservation does not replace that process. A welcome, exchange of personal vows, ring moment, toast or meal aboard can form part of a private celebration, but none should be described as an official marriage merely because it takes place on a boat. The captain is not presented as a marriage officer, and the charter operator does not promise that an onboard ceremony creates legal status. Couples who need an official marriage should deal directly with the competent authority and use the yacht plan only for the confirmed celebration around it.

For MY FREEDOM, choose one of two fixed private programmes from Kundu: 09:30–15:00 or 15:00–20:30. One booking covers one private group with a total of 1–12 people. Count everybody who will board: both partners, every adult guest, every child and any photographer, decorator, musician, stylist or other supplier representative who travels on the yacht. A person working at the event still occupies a place in the onboard total. Private use means unrelated guests are not added to the booking; it does not promise an empty marina, an exclusive bay or privacy from other vessels operating nearby.

Build one wedding-day run sheet around the programme rather than asking several suppliers to create separate schedules. Record hotel pickup, arrival at the marina, supplier handover, guest boarding, any welcome words, meal timing, cake service and return. State which suppliers need to board, which only deliver at the quay and who removes their materials after the trip. Loading flowers, boxes, clothing or equipment can require time and a suitable access arrangement, so neither early entry nor storage should be assumed. Nominate one coordinator who can approve practical changes and make sure every supplier receives the same confirmed vessel, meeting point and boarding time.

Treat the visual setup as a technical request for the particular yacht. Flowers, decorations, a cake, a photographer, music, help with clothing, a special menu, table items and any fastening or electrical equipment are optional. For each item, provide its size, quantity, delivery method, power requirement and the person responsible for it. The selected vessel must accept the setup for the actual operation, and the written confirmation must name what is approved. A photograph from another wedding does not establish available deck space, shade, refrigeration, sockets, sound equipment or permission to attach materials. Anything absent from the final written scope remains outside the booking.

Plan clothing, food and guest comfort without assuming venue-style facilities. Long hems, formal shoes, garment bags, flowers, cake boxes and mobility needs can affect boarding and movement, while wind and spray may affect styling. Ask about the actual boarding arrangement, seating, shade, toilet access, any place available for changing clothes, cake storage and meal service on the named vessel. Share allergies and dietary requirements early, but do not treat a requested menu as accepted until it is written into the operation. The same rule applies to drinks, serving equipment and outside catering. No generic wedding label guarantees a cabin, dressing room, refrigerator space, dedicated assistant or altered menu.

Keep the ceremony sequence flexible enough for marine operations. Weather, sea state, port instructions and the captain's operational decision may change the proposed route, the order or location of stops and the practical moment for an onboard gathering. A late programme does not guarantee a visible sunset; a private yacht does not guarantee an empty bay; and a requested backdrop does not reserve that part of the coast. If a speech, meal, shore appointment or supplier collection has a hard deadline, include it in the enquiry. The written plan should distinguish a preference from a confirmed service and explain what happens when weather or operating conditions require a change.

Requests beyond the fixed MY FREEDOM format follow a separate route. A different itinerary or duration, special equipment, a west-coast departure, an overnight stay or a total above twelve people requires a selected partner vessel, identified by name, and a separate written quotation. Its capacity, boarding arrangements, supplier access, programme, facilities, transfer terms and inclusions must be checked for that vessel and date. Do not carry MY FREEDOM features into the partner offer. On the two fixed MY FREEDOM programmes, round-trip hotel transfer within Kundu is included; pickup or return outside Kundu is priced separately and belongs to the booking only when confirmed in writing.

Before payment, reconcile one final document with the couple and the coordinator. It should name the vessel, departure marina or berth, meeting point, boarding method and time, programme, proposed route, total price and every included service. Add the full onboard count, Kundu transfer address or separately quoted outside transfer, payment and cancellation terms, and the procedure for weather-related or operational changes. List every approved vendor by role, arrival method, boarding status, equipment, delivery window, responsibility and cost. This single version should also state what is not included. A wedding day remains personal, but its yacht logistics are dependable only when the legal boundary, guest list and complete operating scope are all clear.

Send the date, complete onboard headcount, chosen MY FREEDOM programme, hotel area, celebration sequence and every supplier request; confirm the legal boundary and full vessel-specific operating scope before payment.

Practical notes

The confirmed quote names the departure marina, boarding time, vessel, route, transfer and inclusions. Bring a hat, sea-safe sun cream and soft-soled shoes; the captain may change the route or stops when conditions require it.

Common questions

How are the vessel and programme confirmed?

Before payment, the written quote names the vessel, departure marina, boarding and return times, and proposed route.

What is included in the price?

Nothing is assumed for a bespoke request or partner vessel. The written quote lists meals, drinks, fuel, harbour costs, transfers and any extra charges.

Can the route change?

Yes. The captain confirms a safe plan for the actual sea, weather and harbour instructions, and may change the route or stops when needed.

How is guest capacity confirmed?

Capacity is confirmed for the selected vessel in the written quote; larger groups may require a different vessel.
