Turn your research into a complete charter brief
A guide helps you ask better questions, but the booking is defined by the current written offer for the named vessel and date.
Identify the booking boundary
Separate the two published MY FREEDOM programmes from quote-led requests. A different route, duration, departure, equipment need, overnight plan or group above 12 remains an enquiry until a suitable partner vessel and complete scope are named.
Use sources for context
Official and editorial sources can explain locations, weather patterns or sector rules. They do not prove that a particular boat, route, stop or inclusion is available on your day; the captain and current written confirmation remain decisive.
Send one useful brief
Include the date and any flexibility, total guests including children, hotel area, preferred programme, dietary or access needs, swimming confidence and any hard return time. Ask the reply to name the vessel, marina, schedule, proposed route, total price, inclusions and change terms.
Practical notes
The confirmed quote names the departure marina, boarding time, vessel, route, transfer and inclusions. Bring a hat, sea-safe sun cream and soft-soled shoes; the captain may change the route or stops when conditions require it.
