Large-group yacht charter in Antalya
Plan a private charter for a larger group using an exact guest manifest and a named-vessel quotation, without assuming capacity, layout, route or transport from another boat.
- The short answerCount every adult and child, then accept no large-group offer until the named vessel, logistics, price and complete operating details are written.
Start with an exact headcount, not an estimate such as “around fifteen”. List every adult and every child in the booking manifest, because children remain part of the total group. Add the date, hotel areas, occasion, any fixed return time and the name of one organiser authorised to approve changes. If numbers are still uncertain, state what is confirmed and when the final list will be available. A quotation based on one count should not be treated as valid for a larger group without a written revision.
MY FREEDOM is not offered above its published guest limit. It operates only from Kundu on fixed 09:30–15:00 and 15:00–20:30 private programmes for one group of 1–12 guests. Twelve means the entire booking group, including children; it is not twelve adults plus additional minors. Do not divide one gathering informally, add guests after confirmation or assume that a private booking removes the limit. More than twelve guests requires a different, selected partner vessel and a separate written quotation.
No capacity is promised here for any partner vessel. The operator first uses the exact manifest and intended use to select a candidate, then the written offer must identify that vessel by name. Another route or duration, specialist equipment, a western-coast departure or an overnight plan follows the same partner-vessel process even when the group is smaller. Reject a generic promise of “a bigger yacht”: the proposal needs a specific vessel, boarding point, schedule and stated limit for the proposed operation.
Build the manifest so it can support a realistic boarding plan. Record adults and children, and flag mobility assistance, pushchairs, dietary needs or other essential support without publishing sensitive personal details in an open chat. Ask how and when the final list should be supplied to the operator. If one person joins or withdraws, report the change before payment or boarding and obtain an updated confirmation where it affects the vessel, price, transport or service. The group organiser should keep one agreed, up-to-date version.
Organise arrival before discussing entertainment. The two fixed MY FREEDOM programmes include round-trip hotel transfer within Kundu, while collection outside Kundu is priced separately. That inclusion does not automatically carry over to a partner vessel. A larger group may use several hotels or a different marina, so the partner quotation must state each confirmed meeting arrangement, departure point, boarding time and transfer service. Do not promise one vehicle, a number of stops or travel between regions unless the written offer says so.
Check facilities and extras against the named vessel rather than the group occasion. Seating arrangement, shade, toilets, cabins, music, decorations, catering changes, drinks, photography, child-related equipment and accessibility support are not automatic. Ask for the requirement, not a vague label such as “party-ready” or “family boat”. A requested item is included only when it appears in the written quotation or confirmation. Gallery images from MY FREEDOM or another partner boat cannot establish the layout or equipment of the vessel selected for this group.
Before payment, reconcile the vessel name, departure, boarding arrangement, programme, proposed route, total price and all included services with the final manifest. The same document should give payment and cancellation terms and explain how weather, sea conditions or operating instructions may change the plan. It should not guarantee a particular bay, stop sequence or feature that has not been checked. If the headcount, route or required equipment changes, pause and request a revised written scope instead of relying on an organiser’s verbal understanding.
On the day, one organiser should hold the final confirmation and ensure the group uses the agreed meeting point and boarding time. The captain and crew retain operational and safety authority, while the guest list and accepted services remain those in the written record. The official sources linked here give regulatory background but do not certify a proposed partner vessel or supply its passenger capacity. A sound large-group booking is therefore specific: an exact guest list, named boat, precise logistics and one shared version of the accepted terms.

Common questions
How are the vessel and programme confirmed?
Before payment, the written quote names the vessel, departure marina, boarding and return times, and proposed route.
What is included in the price?
Nothing is assumed for a bespoke request or partner vessel. The written quote lists meals, drinks, fuel, harbour costs, transfers and any extra charges.
Can the route change?
Yes. The captain confirms a safe plan for the actual sea, weather and harbour instructions, and may change the route or stops when needed.
How is guest capacity confirmed?
Capacity is confirmed for the selected vessel in the written quote; larger groups may require a different vessel.
