How the day runs
MY FREEDOM can take one private group of 1–12 on its fixed morning or sunset programme. Groups above 12, other schedules and special event formats require a selected partner vessel and separate quote. Seating format, invoice details, branding, audiovisual equipment, catering changes and transfers outside Kundu are not assumed; each requested item is confirmed in writing before payment.
Hour by hour
A company group of 1–12 may book the fixed MY FREEDOM day or sunset programme as one private party. Those programmes retain their published timetable and are not automatically converted into a meeting agenda or branded event. A group above 12, a different schedule or a special format needs a selected partner vessel and a separate quote. Before payment, that document must name the actual vessel, capacity, programme, services, transfer arrangement and commercial terms.
Who it suits
The fixed option can suit a small team outing, informal leadership gathering or client-hosting occasion when the published programme already fits the objective. It should not be treated as a conference room simply because the booking is corporate. Explain whether guests are colleagues, clients or companions and identify any mobility, dietary or language needs. If work presentations, assigned seating, confidential discussion space or event production are essential, request assessment rather than assuming the yacht has the required setup.
What is covered
For a fixed MY FREEDOM booking, the whole yacht is private for 1–12 guests, with the selected lunch or dinner, soft drinks, water, tea, Turkish coffee and round-trip hotel transfer within Kundu included; collection outside Kundu is quoted separately. Alcohol is not supplied and may be brought without corkage. Invoice format, company branding, screens, sound equipment, altered catering, host services and transport outside Kundu are not standard inclusions. The final written confirmation should list every approved business requirement, its cost and who is responsible for supplying it.
Choosing between them
Begin with headcount and purpose. If no more than 12 people want a private social outing and either fixed timetable works, MY FREEDOM is the clearest fit. If attendance exceeds 12 or the brief depends on another location, timing, layout or technical feature, evaluate a partner-vessel proposal instead. Compare usable capacity and written scope, not just the yacht photograph or headline price. The right choice is the one that meets the documented event needs without unstated assumptions.
Worth knowing
Appoint one organiser authorised to confirm the brief and collect decisions from the company. Send the date, complete attendee count, hotel areas, event purpose, billing details, dietary needs and any accessibility concern together. Separate essential requirements from optional branding ideas, and provide artwork only after the display method is accepted. Build internal travel time around the confirmed boarding details rather than an estimate. Before approving payment, circulate the final scope to finance and the on-site contact so both use the same version.

How are the vessel and programme confirmed?
Before payment, the written quote names the vessel, departure marina, boarding and return times, and proposed route.
What is included in the price?
Nothing is assumed for a bespoke request or partner vessel. The written quote lists meals, drinks, fuel, harbour costs, transfers and any extra charges.
Can the route change?
Yes. The captain confirms a safe plan for the actual sea, weather and harbour instructions, and may change the route or stops when needed.
How is guest capacity confirmed?
Capacity is confirmed for the selected vessel in the written quote; larger groups may require a different vessel.
