If these details cannot be confirmed for the selected date, the Kemer option should remain unavailable rather than being presented as a fixed departure.
The water
A Kemer request does not imply a particular swimming area, sea condition or activity. The partner captain reviews the selected date and decides which options are safe and lawful. The written offer should distinguish sightseeing from any conditional water activity and explain how a changed assessment affects the day.
